I hold both the clinical and the mystical at once. My work is relational at its core, and I believe the "vibe" we build together through safety and trust is what makes deeper work possible. From there I work eclectically: parts work, Jungian and depth psychology, somatic practice, attachment work, dreamwork, astrology, ancestral healing, and shamanic ritual, depending on what's actually alive for you. I welcome all your weird, wacky, unmasked, and unexplored parts. Together we rewrite your narrative and your personal mythology, and your spiritual experiences, awakenings, ancestor contact, non-ordinary states, are treated as real material here, not symptoms.

Who I Work With

I work with cycle breakers, empaths, mystics, and spiritual practitioners, people who have never quite fit inside the mold they were handed. I specialize in ancestral healing and intergenerational trauma, complex trauma including childhood sexual abuse, and grief. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or navigating a spiritual awakening, with patterns that trace back through their ancestral line rather than starting with them. I also work well with people in major life initiations, whether that's a career shift, a spiritual emergence, or an underworld season they can't quite explain to the people around them.

In Session

We might do parts work, looking at the different pieces of you and where they came from, including what you're carrying in your ancestral nervous system and energy system. We might track what's showing up in your body, or work with your dreams and the symbols and archetypes moving through your unconscious. Astrology often comes in as a map, helping locate what you're moving through and why. Ancestral healing is woven through much of this, working directly with what your lineage has handed down. I'm also tracking what's alive relationally between us in the room, staying deeply present and attuned to you as we go. Spiritual experience is welcome in whatever form it takes, and none of it gets pathologized here. We follow what's actually alive for you, and I move at your pace.

What Guides My Work

My framework draws from relational and attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, Jungian and archetypal depth psychology, transpersonal psychology and psychosynthesis, somatic psychology, energy psychology, intergenerational trauma and epigenetics, and existential-humanistic theory. At the core is the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is the most powerful agent of change. The safety, trust, and mutual respect we build together becomes the foundation for everything else, and within that space we model what it actually feels like to be seen and understood. True healing often begins beneath the surface, so we pay attention to dreams, symbols, and archetypes that reflect the deeper patterns running your life. Astrology and imagery can act as maps for making sense of what's unconscious, bridging the mystical with the practical. I see psychotherapy as a spiritual practice, a return to soul, and I hold space for your full spiritual and intuitive self as part of the work, not separate from it. Emotional patterns and protective responses often didn't start with you. They live in your ancestral nervous system, your body, and your energy system all together, carried physically and energetically through the line, not just handed down through story. I track what's showing up across all of that, moving at your pace rather than pushing past it. This work is also shaped by who I am outside the clinical room. I'm an initiated Dagara diviner, a priestess, and an astrologer, and those lineages inform how I see pattern, timing, and what's asking to be tended in your life.

Personal Lens

I'm a mother and a mystic, deeply attuned to the subtle and sensitive aspects of life. I'm a shamanic healer and initiated Dagara diviner, and ancestral medicine runs through how I understand this work. My respect for nature, especially trees, shapes my perspective and my practice, and I believe in the power of energy medicine and the interconnectedness of healing myself and healing collectively.
