With over 30 years of experience helping others, I support clients in building self-esteem, self-acceptance, and practical tools for managing anxiety and stress. As a licensed mental health counselor in Florida offering telehealth services, I work collaboratively with you to identify what is weighing you down and create realistic steps toward feeling more rested, confident, and connected to the people and activities you love.

Who I Work With

Do stress, anxiety, and endless responsibilities leave you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unable to rest? Maybe your mind races at night with everything that still needs to be done, or you find yourself caring for everyone else before taking time for yourself. You may feel off track, stretched thin, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can be a space to pause, recharge, and begin finding your way back to yourself.

In Session

In session we will focus on the present issues and how to move forward. I work with the belief that food is medicine. We will look at how diet changes may improve symptoms if you are open to this approach.

Personal Lens

As a husband and member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand how important it is to feel safe, seen, and supported. Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time in nature. Let’s work together toward feeling more comfortable, confident, and grounded.
