My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate attachment theory with evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and Nonviolent Communication, along with narrative therapy. I tailor support to each person’s goals, values, and lived experience rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
I work primarily with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals, while also welcoming anyone who has felt marginalized, misunderstood, or out of place in traditional systems of care.
I prioritize safety, collaboration, and authenticity. We move at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. When helpful, I may offer structure, tools, or frameworks, always in a consent-based and flexible way. Therapy with me is meant to feel supportive, human, and grounded rather than rigid.
My work is grounded in attachment theory and shaped by a deep belief in relational safety, repair, and trust as the foundation of healing. I am committed to trauma-informed, affirming care that centers dignity, autonomy, and collaboration.
As a queer, neurodivergent clinician, my lived experience informs how I understand safety, connection, and care. I bring authenticity, humility, and curiosity into my work, along with a deep respect for the many ways people think, feel, and regulate in the world.
