Using trauma-informed CBT, DBT, & an attachment-focused lens, we focus on making actual, lasting changes so your relationships can feel safe again. My goal is to help you identify patterns that no longer serve you & help you build self-trust and healthy boundaries.
I am accepting new clients. Navigating relationships can be difficult with social media & changing dynamics. It can feel draining when you are constantly second-guessing your place or that last conversation. When you are exhausted by repeated arguments and misunderstandings, it may feel like your relationships are a source of stress, rather than supportive & loving. I specialize in working with young women who are struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, & attachment wounds. I help my clients move beyond surface-level coping skills to address the relationship patterns & attachment issues that keep them feeling stuck.
Relationships may feel exhausting if you might be the one doing all the heavy lifting. If you find yourself overanalyzing shifting moods, apologizing to keep the peace, or finding it hard to say 'no' and mean it, you don't need a major life crisis to justify taking care of yourself. You don't have to heal alone; I provide a safe, space where you feel seen.
