I’ve spent years helping adoptive families, individuals with trauma, and parents. I’m passionate about guiding adults through career shifts, tough relationships, and assisting with the unique needs of women in finding clarity as they age. I also support parenting, often collaborating with play therapists seeing the child. I’m a down-to-earth therapist who brings humor into sessions—because being human can be overwhelming sometimes! My goal is to create a safe, supportive, friendly space where you feel empowered and cared for. You’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to guide you toward your goals, help you manage stress, and feel more confident on your journey.
I work with people navigating life's complexities. Whether you're a woman finding your place in a demanding world, a parent adjusting to the realities of parenthood, or an adopted person exploring identity and belonging, you don't have to do it alone. Our work moves at your pace, centered on what matters most to you.
clients often tell me that our sessions feel like sitting with a long-time friend. I am a casual person who is human just like you. I want everyone I work with to feel validated, appreciated, and appropriately challenged.
I believe a trusting and open therapeutic relationship is key to growth. I use a variety of therapy modalities including ACT, CBT, IFS, EMDR, and SSP. Sessions are led by you, moving at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable, and I strive to personalize my therapeutic approach to each individual client's needs.
I’m the oldest daughter who excelled in the gifted program, only to later realize how undiagnosed ADHD shaped my education and relationships in ways I’m still understanding. Now, navigating perimenopause, I’ve become a fierce advocate for women’s health and equity. As a mom to an 8-year-old daughter with anxiety and ADHD, I’m deeply invested in supporting her journey. My sisters, adopted from China, have shaped my perspective, and for over two decades, I’ve been clinically involved in adoption. As an ally, feminist, and anti-hate advocate, I believe everyone deserves the freedom to live authentically and love who they want.
