I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD in teens and young adults. Drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, and Trauma-Focused CBT, with additional training in EMDR, I tailor each approach to what works best for you. My goal is to help you build real skills, process what's holding you back, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Who I Work With

If you're a teen or young adult feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just going through the motions, you're in the right place. Maybe anxiety, depression, or trauma is weighing on you, or a life transition is harder than expected. I work with teens, young adults, and those navigating postpartum challenges to build coping skills and self-awareness. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and judgment-free. Together, we'll work toward you feeling like yourself again.

In Session

While every session looks a little different, our time together is guided by your unique needs, goals, and experiences. Some sessions may focus on processing emotions, navigating current challenges, or exploring patterns that are impacting your well-being. Other sessions may be more skills-based, where we practice coping strategies, communication techniques, emotional regulation, mindfulness, or problem-solving tools. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed practices, and strengths-based interventions. Depending on your age and goals, sessions may also incorporate activities, worksheets, games, creative exercises, or other interactive tools designed to support growth and lasting change. Above all, therapy is a collaborative process, and we will work together to determine what feels most helpful for you.

What Guides My Work

My work is guided by evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These modalities help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors; develop effective coping skills; process difficult experiences; and create meaningful change. Rather than following a single approach, I tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Personal Lens

My work is informed not only by professional training but also by my own experiences navigating life's transitions, relationships, and personal growth. These experiences reinforce my belief that healing happens through connection, self-compassion, and the willingness to take small steps forward, even during difficult seasons of life.
