I help people using a blend of art therapy and DBT-informed skills. Through guided creative work, we slow things down, make emotions and patterns easier to work with, and build tools for regulation, without relying on the “right” words. The process is intentional, supportive, and paced with care.
I work with clients who feels overwhelmed, low on spoons, or stuck beneath a high-functioning exterior, or arrives needing support with emotional stabilization. They’re open to deeper experiential work. No art experience needed, just a willingness to explore, express, and build more effective ways of coping.
You don’t need to be artistic or know exactly what to say to start. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced with care, focused on creating a space that feels contained and supportive rather than overwhelming. If you’re looking for a creative, structured approach to therapy that meets you where you are, I invite you to reach out.
