We all encounter mental health challenges at some level throughout our lives. When these challenges arise, they can feel like a weight that makes it harder to move forward or fully engage in life. As your counselor, my goal is to help ease that burden by working collaboratively to build a set of tools that support you in understanding and processing these experiences.
I work with Adults 18+ and I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, bipolar disorder, life transitions, relationship challenges, and men’s issues.
I recognize that therapy can sometimes feel uncomfortable or even intimidating. That is why I strive to be a source of support and warmth for those I work with. My aim is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable expressing the full range of your thoughts and emotions. No matter what brings you to therapy, I hope to help you become more free to engage with your life and lead one that is rich and internally fulfilling.
I utilize a person-centered approach informed by acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and existential theory.
