I approach therapy as a collaborative process that honors the whole person. My style is warm, holistic, and client-led, integrating mindfulness, self-compassion, and exploration of the deeper patterns that influence how we relate to ourselves and others. My goal is to help clients build insight, resilience, and lasting growth that extends beyond the therapy room.

Who I Work With

I love working with teens and young adults exploring identity, relationships, career, and the shift toward greater independence. I also enjoy supporting clients across the lifespan through periods of transition, including the adjustment to parenthood, relocation, and loss. In my work, I frequently support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma.

In Session

Therapy with me is tailored to each person's unique goals, so there's not necessarily one "typical" session format. Overall, I strive to engage clients in collaborative conversations that meet them where they are in that moment. Depending on your goals, we may use a variety of approaches and tools, including mindfulness practices, and skills for managing anxiety, stress, or difficult emotions. I also enjoy helping clients notice and untangle recurring patterns, increase awareness of their thoughts and emotions, and develop new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who they want to be. Throughout the process, we'll move at a pace that feels manageable and meaningful for you.

What Guides My Work

My approach is shaped by training in ACT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, as well as a deep appreciation for mindfulness and the role our relationships, environments, and life experiences play in shaping who we are. I believe that meaningful change happens when we approach ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to try something new.

Personal Lens

As a woman with Mexican, English, and Scottish heritage, I value the richness and complexity that our backgrounds, identities, and experiences bring to our lives. I believe that understanding ourselves within the context of our relationships, culture, and personal history can be an important part of healing and growth. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered to show up as their full selves.
