I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop a different relationship with anxiety and uncertainty. ERP involves gradual exposure, which means that we practice facing feared thoughts, feelings, or situations in a structured and supported way, so anxiety no longer has as much control. The goal is to build more freedom and flexibility in your life
I help adults struggling with OCD, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and excessive worry. Many of the people I work with feel exhausted by trying to control, avoid, or make sense of their thoughts and emotions.
My style is supportive, practical, and experiential. We'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, and practice new skills. I will also encourage self-compassion throughout this process—because this work can be hard. But you don’t have to do it alone. That’s why I’m here!
