My style is warm, grounded, collaborative, and deeply human. I believe healing happens through the combination of safety, authentic connection, and gentle exploration. I strive on creating a safe and inclusive space where someone can bring in their many intersecting identities.

Who I Work With

My practice is especially supportive for those living with PTSD and complex trauma, chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, childhood wounds, and patterns that continue to show up in relationships, work, or daily life.

In Session

Depending on your needs, sessions may incorporate Somatic Psychotherapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Hypnotherapy, mindfulness practices, guided imagery, nervous system regulation skills, interoceptive awareness, self-compassion practices, and contemplative approaches to healing. Clients often describe sessions as feeling both supportive and experiential. Rather than simply talking about emotions, we may explore how emotions, memories, and experiences are held in the body and work toward creating greater capacity, resilience, and integration. The pace is always collaborative, with a strong emphasis on safety and consent.

What Guides My Work

My work is shaped by a blend of clinical training and two decades of contemplative practice. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am pursuing a doctorate in Psychology/Somatic Psychology. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I spent many years working as a bodyworker and craniosacral therapist, experiences that profoundly influenced how I understand the body in healing. My clinical work draws from Somatic Psychotherapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Person-Centered Therapy, Contemplative Psychotherapy, mindfulness-based approaches, Polyvagal Theory, attachment theory, and emerging neuroscience. I am particularly interested in the relationship between interoception, nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and contemplative practice.

Personal Lens

My work is informed by a commitment to compassion, social justice, cultural humility, and the understanding that healing occurs within both personal and collective contexts. Above all, I strive to offer a space where people can feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with themselves—not only to reduce suffering, but to cultivate a fuller and more meaningful experience of being alive.
