My style is warm, honest, reflective, and depth-oriented. I believe therapy should feel collaborative rather than clinical or performative. I tend to challenge limiting narratives while creating a space where clients feel emotionally safe, seen, and understood. I value curiosity, self-awareness, and helping clients recognize the unconscious patterns, conditioning, and beliefs shaping their lives.
I work with individuals who are emotionally insightful but feel stuck in repeating patterns, relationships, identities, or ways of thinking that no longer serve them. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, self-worth, emotional overwhelm, trauma, relationship dynamics, perfectionism, burnout, or a deep sense of disconnection from themselves. I’m especially drawn to working with people who want more than surface-level coping skills and are open to exploring the deeper roots beneath their experiences.

Sessions often involve a mix of reflection, insight-building, emotional processing, pattern recognition, and practical tools for change. Depending on the client’s needs, we may explore thought patterns, attachment dynamics, nervous system responses, identity work, mindfulness, parts work, shadow work, or relational themes. My goal is not just symptom reduction, but helping clients build a deeper understanding of themselves and create more aligned, intentional lives.
My work is influenced by psychodynamic and insight-oriented approaches, including cbt, ifs, Gestalt Therapy, Jungian concepts, mindfulness, existential exploration, and trauma-informed care. I’m deeply interested in the connection between subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, identity, and healing. Above all, I value authenticity, self-responsibility, compassion, and creating a therapeutic space where people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves.
My personal experiences have given me a strong understanding of emotional complexity, identity shifts, relationship dynamics, self-reinvention, and the impact of early conditioning on the way we move through the world. I approach therapy with both empathy and depth, while recognizing that healing is rarely linear and often requires unlearning inherited beliefs, reconnecting with the self, and developing a more compassionate inner dialogue.
